As we warned it, the Government closed again at the same period of the year the main page of JOQ Albania in Facebook with more than 2M Likes.
Our page was closed three years ago at the same date, back at 30 June 2020 for the same reason. Also multiple reports last year organised by a system or individuals hit our media news on Facebook with the purpose of erasing it.
Since the Government captured all the opposition fractions in Albania, the unjust attack on the only media voice left in Albania, outside its control continues.
Our page has been created at 2010, with thousands of posts being present in our Facebook page since then. The latest reports of the goverment’s army have targeted our media news dating a few years back in time, when the Facebook guidelines where far more light comparing at now, but furthermore the Facebook system, even though accepted these years late reports didn’t even gave the team the chance to appeal them!
We strongly believe this is a mistake or furthermore a lack of ability in Facebook staff with management issues deciding what should stay and what should be removed as a result of countless automatic reports, without considering the up mentioned part about being a close shoulder and cooperator of every governement’s system propaganda.
We can’t say that this is a “consequence” of the Rama-Zuckerberg meeting, as we think that we have again to deal with manipulation and misuse of Facebook systems by segments of the Power.
This time, countless reports have been directed to the news that denounced the shocking case of the rape of a minor girl in Shkodër.
Due to sensitivity, the video was not published with the original image, but we sent the raw images to the Police Directorate of Shkodra to investigate the sound of the scandalous event.
Also suspected for the case of manipulation is the “Faktoje” organization, which has attacked our news several times and is a “tool” to the government's mismanagement.
The same strategies were used in the Instagram shutdown last year, deleting some posts that were within Meta's laws and rules.
Here we take the need to raise serious questions: “Does Meta have the audacity to preech a safe online environment on its app for the media news, when its breached by a tool system of automatic reports, considering them as valid and erasing everyday news marking them as violations?!” If this is not what happened with Meta and Instagram, then we truly have to doubt these apps independency from a state’s elite in charge.

2. DELETING A NEWS POSTED IN OUR IG STORY WHICH TALKED ABOUT AN ALBANIAN POLICEMAN WHO HAD AN ACCIDENT CAUSING THE DEATH OF A 12-YEAR-OLD
3. DELETING THE NEWS ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF CHILDREN'S ELECTRONIC GAMES
The same hand is using these methods mentioned above is trying to shut down our other TV main page on Facebook, Gazeta Atdheu with more than 600K likes.
We remind you that we are the only media which voice was blocked without a court decision, with secret and public blackmail, wanted by the State Police, investigated by the Anti-Terror Directorate, put under surveillance by SHISH, with over 300 criminal charges in the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, etc.
We know that the path we have decided to follow will have obstacles and we have anticipated these. We will continue our resistance with faith in God and Divine Right.
