On the eve of the New Year holidays, namely on 30.12.2022, a real madness has occurred in health tenders.
It turns out that Ogerta Manastirliu has spent almost 100 million old ALL with VAT for the dismantling and then the assembly of an apparatus from the Regional Hospital of Fier to the Memorial Hospital of Fier.
It is about the tender with reference number REF-49660-11-11-2022.
Its object is "Lot 1 – Dismantling of the angiograph from the Fier Regional Hospital and installation in the Fier Memorial Regional Hospital, for a limited fund of 8,101,080 new ALL without VAT or about 100 million old ALL with VAT.
So it turns out that nearly 100 million ALL were paid to move an apparatus from one hospital to another within the same city.
Not only that, but it is seen that we are dealing with a total lack of competition, since only one company participated in the tender.
It is about BIOMETRIC ALBANIA owned by citizen Artur Kadareja.
This company, being the only participant, found it quite easy to win. Even if you see its offer, it turns out that it is only 800 old lek less than the limit fund of the tender, this is a scandal itself.
So the winning firm offered almost 100% of the value of the limit fund and won.
