But instead of taking measures to solve the problem, it seems that Veliaj has his mind focused on how to swallow millions through the tenders that his institution organizes every day.
The irony is that Lal Propaganda, instead of spending money to protect the residents of Tirana from the flood, spends his taxpayers' money to buy passive boxes and cabs. It is about the tender with reference number REF-47115-10-24-2022 and with the object "Purchase of audiovisual equipment for the needs of Ten Youth Center".
The limit fund of the procedure is 2,416,664 new ALL without VAT or about 30 million old ALL with VAT. Browsing the relevant documentation of the tender, it can be seen that with this money, audio-visual equipment such as passive boxes, cables, stage lights, microphones, etc. will be purchased.
So instead of solving the problems of the residents, Veliaj has a party mind. The winner of this tender was declared the FREDI ELECTRONIC company owned by Alfred Kasmi with the offer of 2,373,000 new ALL without VAT or about 28 million old ALL with VAT. This value turns out to be 98.2% of the limit fund, raising doubts that we are dealing with a predetermined winner.
