Vilma Nushi, the businesswoman often talked about in the media for the highly dubious tenders she received, seems not to be separated from the field of medicine. After receiving the concession of the basic health control of the population, otherwise known as "check-up", for about 130 million euros, Nushi has already received another tender from the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.

It turns out that this tender is also very suspicious and controversial, just like the one taken for "check-up" a few years ago. We say this because Vilma Nushi's MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION firm has won by offering the highest bid from all other participants. And there were no fewer than 6 operators in the competition.

It is about the tender with reference number REF-40208-08-30-2022 and with the object "Purchase of toners for printers and photocopiers" for the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund. Its limit fund is 6,014,079 new alleks without VAT or about 72 million old alleks with VAT. Looking at the tender documents, it is noted that Nushi has offered a value of 5,779,788 new alleks without VAT or almost 70 million old alleks with VAT.

So only 2 million old lek less than the limit fund of the tender. Almost all the other offers are almost half the value offered by her and yet they seem to have been completely ignored. The fact that 5 firms offered convincingly lower values than the winning Nushi company, as well as the fact that the winning value is as much as 96% of the limit fund, raise strong doubts that we are dealing with a predetermined winner.
