The limit fund is 17,980,349 new ALL without VAT or about 215 million old ALL with VAT. It is not understood why this department needs 5 SUVs, and even more incomprehensible is why they are needed to be production of 2022?

Anyway, beyond that, the tender has a lack of competition since only the winning company participated in it, namely ALBANIA MOTOR COMPANY which offered the figure of 17,665,000 new ALL without VAT or about 212 million old ALL including VAT. It can also be seen that the winning bid is almost identical to the limit fund, namely 98.24% of it.
