The wonders continue like every day and it seems that they don't even intend to stop in Albania. This is necessarily what happens when institutions do not do their duty and do not even bother to take measures for suspected violations.
It is now the turn of the Albanian Post Office, an institution that, for shame, has turned into thieves of pensions for the elderly, according to numerous cases reported in the media by the employees of this institution.
But instead of the Albanian Post taking measures to solve these problems once and for all, it continues to abuse state money for itself. Thus it turns out that this institution has organized a tender with reference number REF-37678-08-02-2022 and with the object "Purchase of technological paints and technological cleaning materials for Hybrid Mail".
The limit fund of this procedure is 12,701,900 new ALL without VAT or about 152 million old ALL including VAT. But if we study the relevant documentation, it is seen that we are dealing with a tender without competition as it turns out that only one participant participated.
It is about the SINTEZA CO company owned by Shkëlqim Dino. This company has offered the value of 12,580,000 new ALL without VAT or about 150 million old ALL with VAT. It is noted that apart from the lack of competition, the winning firm offered almost the same value as the limit fund, namely 99% of it. This fact greatly increases the suspicion that we are dealing with a predetermined winner.
