Various wonders continue to accompany us several times a day in Albania. Of course, Mallakastër Municipality was not missing among them. The latter seems to have let go completely and did not ask about the competition, but put into Salillar's pocket a full 1.3 billion ALL from the taxes of the Malkastrians.
Instead of using that money to help the poor through various social projects or programs, the Mallakastër Municipality has decided that the money stays better and warmer in Salillar's pockets.
But what is it about? This municipality has carried out a tender with reference number REF-35560-07-06-2022 and with the object "Reconstruction of roads in the villages of Dukas, Visokë, Greshicë, Mollaj". The limit fund of this procedure is 116,565,167 new alleks without VAT or about 1.4 billion old alleks with VAT.
Studying the relevant tender documentation, it is noted that 10 companies participated. Salillari was declared the winner with an offer of 107,668,350 new ALL without VAT or about 1.3 billion old ALL with VAT. But it is noticed that a total of 4 other companies gave much lower bids than the winner, and yet they were surprisingly disqualified.
Even the deepest difference between SalillarI and the firm with the lowest offer goes to about 300 million old ALL with VAT. Of course such a figure is not a word of mouth and the authorities should investigate this procedure, as there are suspicions that the winner may have been predetermined. What do you think?
