The Minister of Defense Niko Peleshi, it seems that "of wool" has only the last name, as it turns out that he is a real master in stealing tenders worth hundreds of millions of ALL. And not just tenders, but tenders worth 800 million ALL. Of course, when talking about high values, even the tender itself is suspicious.
This is also the case, where surprisingly out of 6 participating firms, 4 offered lower values than the winner. But maybe Nikos got "wool" in his eyes and didn't see the other offers well. But what is it about? It turns out that the Support Command, Military Department No. 4001, has organized a tender with reference number REF-36386-07-15-2022 and with the object "Purchase of materials for general maintenance" for a limit fund of 79,773,160 new ALL or about 950 million old ALL with VAT.
Looking at the documents of this procedure, it is seen that one company did not offer any value at all, while 3 others offered less than the winner. The latter has been announced as the LIQENI VII firm, owned by the citizen Ramazan Kalia, for the offered value of 67,686,778 new ALL without VAT or about 800 million old ALL with VAT.
Meanwhile, this value turns out to be as much as 85% of the tender's limit fund, which further increases the suspicions that the winner was predetermined. What do you think?
