It turns out that the Support Command, Military Department No. 4001, has organized a tender with reference number REF-36386-07-15-2022 and with the object "Purchase of materials for general maintenance" for a limit fund of 79,773,160 new ALL or about 950 million old ALL with VAT.
Looking at the documents of this procedure, it is seen that one company did not offer any value at all, while 3 others offered less than the winner. The latter has been announced as the LIQENI VII firm, owned by the citizen Ramazan Kalia, for the offered value of 67,686,778 new ALL without VAT or about 800 million old ALL with VAT.
