You may not know it, but in Albania there is an institution called the "Commissioner for Protection against Discrimination". According to the law, this institution fights discrimination by gender, race, color, ethnicity, language, gender identity, sexual orientation, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, economic, educational or social status, pregnancy, parental affiliation, parental responsibility, age, marital status, place of residence, health status, genetic predisposition, disability, belonging to a particular group, or any other cause.
This institution is headed by Commissioner Robert Gajda. But instead of the gentleman taking measures to eliminate discrimination that for the sake of truth in Albania is in very high doses, it seems that he finds time and buys a car worth about 20 thousand euros from the Dulaku family.
It is about the procedure with reference number REF-30922-05-26-2022 and with object "Purchase of vehicle", with a limit fund in the amount of 2,037,878 new lek without VAT or about 20 thousand euros including VAT.
The tender at first seems extremely dubious. First, as it turns out that there was no competition at all, so we are in a state of lack of competition. Thus, it turns out that only Albania Motor Company sh.p.k. owned by the Dulaku brothers, took part with an offer of 2,030,000 new lek without VAT.
Secondly, the value offered by the only and at the same time winning company is almost identical to the tender limit fund, ie 99.61% of it. Meanwhile, looking at the specifications of the car, it is noticed that commissioner Berti has asked not a little, but a car produced in 2022 with zero kilometers. Beautiful or not?
